About the role
This role involves orchestrating internal AI learning sessions as part of our client's dynamic AI Program. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication with hosts, and engaging delivery of valuable AI content to employees.

Work tasks
Provide essential coordination and support for internal AI learning sessions, ensuring seamless execution and effective knowledge sharing across the organization within an ongoing AI Program.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of session hosts, timings, and titles.
- Communicate and collaborate with hosts to ensure high-quality, accessible content sessions.
- Act as a responsive chat moderator during live sessions.
- Coordinate the sharing of instructions and planning details with all hosts.
- Host basic AI usage sessions
- Upload session recordings to the Learning Hub (SharePoint site).
- Assist the AI program communications team with session-related communications.
We are looking for
- Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI, with a focus on personal productivity and Copilot usage.
- Fluent in English language.
