About the role
As a Data Steward, you will contribute in ensuring the integrity of ESG data flowing from numerous subsidiaries and source systems. You will take ownership of identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex data discrepancies, driving corrective actions, and enhancing reporting capabilities. In addition, you get to contribute to other Analyst tasks. This role is central to maintaining strong data quality and control frameworks across the organization and is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented data work and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Work tasks
This role involves ensuring the quality and integrity of data across the entire company, managing complex data flows, and implementing solutions for data accuracy and reporting.
- Understanding and analyzing data warehousing structures.
- Interpreting and validating complex data content.
- Troubleshooting data issues.
- Identifying and implementing corrective actions for data errors.
- Developing and enhancing reporting functionalities.
- Investigating high-level data trends and root causes of inaccuracies.
- Other Analyst level tasks
We are looking for
- Strong understanding of data warehousing structures and data flows through corresponding work experience
- Strong data literacy and analytical thinking skills
- Good business understanding (experience in the financial sector and ESG knowledge are a plus)
- Knowledge and skills with one or more of the following tools: Python, Excel, R, SQL
- Proficiency in English
