About the role

As our client's Project Manager, you will take ownership of phase two of a critical SAP-SalesForce integrations renewal project. Your core mission is to act as the “internal captain” for the project, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the external development partner. You will ensure that the project is correctly scoped, technical proposals are sensible, and decision-making remains efficient.

You will collaborate closely with many internal stakeholders, as well as lead the day-to-day delivery cooperation with the external partner. This is a full-time assignment estimated to last until Q1 2027. The position is located in Espoo (Keilaniemi) and follows a hybrid working model with weekly on-site work.

Work tasks

  • Project Leadership: Initiate and scope phase two of the renewal project, ensuring the project stays on track and within agreed boundaries (preventing scope creep).
  • Vendor Management: Manage the external partner deliveries. You will validate their technical proposals to ensure they are sensible and cost-effective.
  • Stakeholder Facilitation: Communicate plans clearly to internal stakeholders (SAP, FSM, CRM). You will facilitate decision-making by providing clear options and recommendations, not just highlighting problems.
  • Preparation of Material: Create high-quality decision-making material to support steering and management.
  • Escalation Management: Identify bottlenecks early and involve the right people to resolve critical topics effectively.

We are looking for

  • Relevant educational background (e.g., Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering)
  • Solid experience in Project Management, specifically in project initiation, scoping, and execution
  • Strong knowledge of SAP environments
  • Understanding and experience in system integrations and data flows between enterprise systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical plans to business stakeholders

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Previous experience working with major offshore IT vendors
  • Experience in FSM (Field Service Management) domains
