This role involves critical production planning and prioritization within engine delivery operations. You will manage order intake, ensure timely deliveries, and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders. Your systematic approach and collaborative spirit will be vital in a cross-functional team committed to continuous improvement. You will have opportunities for continuous professional development, including a career path from engineer to manager, and the chance to innovate by developing and automating processes.
- Manage order intake and production planning for engine deliveries
- Prioritize production tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding deliveries
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely report updates
- Communicate key milestones to internal customers
- Identify and implement opportunities to develop and automate current processes
We are looking for
- BSc or MSc in IT, engineering or a similar technical field
- MSOffice skills
- Excellent teamwork, communication and decision-making skills
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving approach
- Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions for clarity
- Fluent in English, Finnish is a big plus
It is meritorious if you have
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts
- Prior experience in production or manufacturing planning
- Experience in interpreting technical drawings
- Experience in SAP

- Start: Preferably in May
- Employment period: Permanent contract with Academic Work
