About the role
Our client seeks a proactive Jr. IT Sourcing Specialist to support fast-paced global IT procurement. This role manages high-volume IT contracts, ensures seamless renewals, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor relationships and drive efficiency.

Work tasks
This role involves supporting global IT sourcing operations, primarily focusing on managing the lifecycle of IT contracts, from renewals and new acquisitions to changes and terminations, in a dynamic and international setting.
- Manage IT contract renewals and new contract acquisitions.
- Process contract changes, terminations, and communications with suppliers.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and communicate upcoming changes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders and external vendors.
We are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of IT products, licensing & subscription models, and services.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
It is meritorious if you have
- DTC eCommerce experience
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, ITIL).
- Proven track record in managing IT contracts and negotiations.
- Proactive and capable personality, with a desire to learn and grow.
