About the role
As the trainee you will join a small and global team who provides people flow analyses and simulations to support internal colleagues in different countries to design fluent people flow solutions for the customer projects. The team also answers technical questions from customers and supports the sales team with technical issues. You will be trained for the company-specific tools and support the team with basic people flow analysis and calculations according to customer specifications and/or a proposed solution.
This role is part-time with approximately 70-80 hours per month (circa 50% working time). Your manager and team member are based in Hyvinkää office, but after orientation, you can work flexibly in a hybrid model.

We are looking for
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering or another relevant field – it’s not necessary to have graduated yet
- Technical orientation and basic understanding of physics, providing a good foundation to deepen your expertise
- General knowledge of coding
- Ability to work in a global, complex organization and a small international team (previous similar experience valued)
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Please note that you are required to be based in Finland and have a valid work permit.
