About the role
As a Test Lead your responsibilities includes coordinating testing activities, creating test plans, reporting and working closely with a dedicated team of test engineers. You play a key role in different phases of the testing process and make sure that everything is done with high quality and on time. The role includes also close collaboration with the client and continuous improvement of the testing processes. We are looking for a person who has excellent understanding in testing activities and hands-on experience in software testing, preferably in industrial area.

Work tasks
- Planning and coordinating testing activities
- Maintaining and evolving comprehensive test plans
- Documenting and reporting testing outcomes
- Communicating directly with the client regarding testing progress and strategy
- Guiding and leading the test team
We are looking for
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, preferably in industrial context
- Strong technical understanding of testing, including test automation concepts
- Excellent skills working with clients and other stakeholders
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Xray and Robot Framework
- Excellent skills coordinating and managing different activities
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills and proactive way of working
- Fluency in English
