About the role

Diktamen's web-based dictation software streamlines critical processes, making a real impact on patient care and legal operations. This role involves developing and maintaining this web-based application, which is central to enhancing documentation efficiency in healthcare and legal fields. You will join a small, agile team, contributing to features for both Finnish and UK markets. The work is dynamic, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

The role is Fullstack coding with a slight focus on front-end. However, based on your own preferences, there is a possibility to impact on your own focus areas.

Work tasks

• Develop new features and functionalities for existing web-based platform (PHP, CSS, Javascript)
• Implement improvements based on regulatory requirements, customer feedback, and internal initiatives
• Work with agile-style development processes, including status and backlog review meetings with internal team

We are looking for

• Good knowledge of web development (CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience in developing user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Experience in team-based software development, including version control and pull requests
• Basic understanding of database concepts (e.g., MySQL).
• Advanced English proficiency (Finnish is a plus)
• It is meritorious if you have good knowledge on PHP development
