About the role
As a Solution Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of functional requirements within your area, ensuring service stability and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust systems while driving efficiency through automation and optimization.
Work tasks
This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical solutions, providing expert support, and driving continuous improvement within a functional domain.
- Manage functional changes from requirement analysis to solution design and documentation
- Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure high availability and performance
- Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support for complex incident handling
- Consult with architects and development teams to design and develop new functionality
- Drive domain improvements through root cause analysis, automation, and optimization
- Coordinate and communicate solution requirements effectively with stakeholders and suppliers
- Participate in the deployment of operational development projects and solutions
We are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow
- Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Professional communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of core business processes
