About the role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will join a small, skilled team with a growing focus on radar equipment. You will take ownership of hands-on mechanical design for radar system components and test environment, standardize technical drawings, and ensure component consistency and quality across projects. Most of the work will take place on-site at Vantaa.

Work tasks
- Participating in delivery projects and project meetings
- Designing mechanical components and creating CAD drawings
- Standardizing and maintaining drawing standards
- Collaborating closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
We are looking for
- Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering or equivalent)
- Advanced 2D and 3D CAD skills, especially SolidWorks
- Excellent English language proficiency, proficiency in Finnish is considered an asset
- Good interpersonal skills and experience working in small teams
It is meritorious if you have:
- Understanding of RF technology
- Good Python or other programming skills
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering
To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
- Proactive, analytical and detail-oriented
- Curious and eager to learn
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
