About the role
Are you passionate about technology, precision, and improving the quality of healthcare? We are now looking for a Verification Engineering Intern to join a development team focused on testing patient monitoring software. This is a full-time, fixed-term position from December 2025 until the end of May 2026, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment where your work truly makes a difference.
You are offered

Work tasks
As a Verification Engineering Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and reliability of patient monitoring systems used in hospitals worldwide. You’ll execute manual software tests, report findings, and collaborate closely with skilled engineers in a multicultural and supportive team environment.
- Executing manual tests for patient monitoring devices and applications
- Preparing and configuring test setups for execution
- Investigating, documenting, and reporting potential product or system defects
- Collaborating actively within a dynamic testing team
- Communicating effectively in a cross-functional, international environment
We are looking for
- Is currently studying (or planning to study) a Technical, Software Engineering, Engineering, or Medical field
- Has a curious and analytical mindset with eagerness to learn
- Is self-driven, adaptable, and enjoys problem-solving
- Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Is available for full-time on-site work in Helsinki from the start of December
It is meritorious if you have
- Academic background in Health Technology
- Previous experience with medical devices or software
- Interest in quality assurance or testing
- Experience in multicultural or cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge of Finnish
