About the role

As Sales Managers, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business (B2B) sales, building strong relationships with distributors and consultants, and expanding Teraloop's market presence. You will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies and ensuring revenue growth while also having the ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of Teraloop's energy storage sertor.

Work tasks

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, simulations and presentations with potential clients
  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to align sales efforts with customer needs
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Visiting the Finnish office twice a month for a few days at a time
  • Regular travel within the Nordic area

We are looking for

  • Preferably over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or a strong understanding of the entire project sales process, preferably in the energy sector
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of energy systems, project sales, and technical products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently

We further innovate with sustainable material innovations, such as bio-based and recycled carbon fiber, magnetically loaded composites, and bio-based epoxy resins. Our focus is grid ancillary services, sustainable electric mobility, as well as distributed energy resources
