About the role

As Scrum Master in Digital Solutions, you will work in close co-operation with the Technical Product Owners. You will be mainly responsible for running the feature team, delivering the digital solutions for our business stakeholders. You will not only design the agile working practices with the team but will also be involved in concepting solutions, facilitating the design and development . Furthermore, you will ensure that team is effective by clearing obstacles and protecting the team from distractions. Since the Digital Solution comprises of other Solution teams, you will also be working in close cooperation with them, resolving dependencies, conflicts and ensuring a harmonized approach towards the unit’s objectives.

Work tasks

This role involves guiding agile development teams, facilitating Scrum processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams on agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and refined product backlog.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and transparency within the team and organization.

We are looking for

• A few years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Experience on different agile and project management methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and familiariy of frameworks like SAFE, LeSS
• Backgound as a Software Developer
• Domain experience from IoT and data solutions
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience on working as liaison between different stakeholders
• Scrum master certification
• Fluent in English
