Junior Maintenance System Consultant, Nexer Asset Management Oy

Work tasks

This role involves supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced maintenance systems, collaborating with a skilled team to deliver IT consulting services, and contributing to innovative solutions for clients in an international environment.

• Provide support for the implementation and optimization of maintenance systems.
• Configure and maintain asset management solutions like IBM Maximo and API PRO.
• Collaborate with an expert team on IT consulting and service delivery.
• Develop and integrate custom solutions to enhance maintenance processes.
• Participate in customer-facing projects, applying IT and maintenance expertise.

We are looking for

• Good knowledge gained from a relevant higher education degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or information management.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

It is meritorious if you have

• Advanced proficiency in Finnish (written and spoken).
• Basic proficiency in Swedish.
• Prior experience in system configuration and maintenance tasks.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Java.
• Basic understanding of XML and Python.

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:

We require a valid work permit for Finland.
