Possibility to work remote

Work tasks

You will be working with implementation and optimization of HR systems and processes. You will participate defining and maintaining the HR Solutions & Processes framework, enabling reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective processes and technology solutions.

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Support of Annual People Processes
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of HR systems
  • Manage system updates, configurations, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors
  • Monitor system performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with BHR, IT, and vendors to optimize systems and services.

We are looking for

  • Knowledge of Workday, focusing on technical/back-end aspects
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with managing system updates, configurations, and integrations
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations
  • Proficiency in English, Finnish is seen as an advantage

You also have:

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Other information:

Start: Preferably in April, May is also possible

Employment period: Until the end of 2026, a possibility to continue

Location: Helsinki, Lahti or Tampere
