Test Engineer, Cimcorp, Ulvila

About the role

As a Test Engineer, you will work closely with the development team to perform comprehensive testing of logistics system software. Your responsibilities include developing and executing test scripts, identifying and analyzing errors, and working with databases. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders and actively contribute to test strategy development.

We’re seeking someone with a solid understanding of testing activities and hands-on experience in software testing. You should be a strong communicator who enjoys working with different stakeholders and adapting to diverse tasks.

We are looking for

• Relevant study background
• Experience in hands-on testing activities
• Strong technical understanding (e.g. Java, XML, APIs, Jenkins, CI/CD)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to contribute in test strategy planning alongside development teams
• Fluency in English

Industrial automation background and experience in testing large softwares is seen as an advantage.
