About the role

As a Delivery Specialist, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor spare part related activities, managing deliveries in assigned projects. You will act as a crucial link between various internal stakeholders, ensuring spare parts are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality while managing and mitigating risks.

• Overall oversight, coordination, monitoring & communication of cases to stakeholders according to contractual requirements and corporate processes
• Collaborate actively and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Ensure deliveries are carried out efficiently in line with agreed schedules, quality, and cost, maximizing business outcome and customer experience
• Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities, and adjust schedules to meet timely delivery goals
• Manage and mitigate risks, analyzing and troubleshooting delivery issues in a timely fashion
• Determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
• Assess customer feedback to establish, improve, and refine services

We are looking for

• Educational background in business or engineering
• Prior relevant work experience in a professional setting
• Proficient knowledge of IT tools, including MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Service-minded, patient, and accurate team player
• Ability to take ownership of work tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a professional mindset
• Motivated and eager to develop skills and knowledge

It is meritorious if you have

• Previous knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of Finnish language skills
