(Financial) Software Support Engineer, MORS Software, Helsinki

About the role

As a Software Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team consisting of two sub-teams: Product Development and Services. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with existing clients to ensure their software-related needs are met. This includes addressing a wide range of questions, from technical issues to troubleshooting. Initially, your responsibilities will primarily focus on providing support through the service desk, ensuring that the right resources are allocated to resolve them efficiently. As you gain experience and familiarity with the MORS system, your role will naturally expand, allowing you to become involved in more advanced development and implementation projects.

Work tasks

• Client support services as the first-line customer support contact
• Assisting and performing technical operational work for clients, such as system upgrades
• Participating in a supporting role in both external and internal projects
• System documentation
• Maintaining and servicing customer IT environments and MORS configurations
• Daily service routines to customers (Managed Services)

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background (e.g., IT or business)
• Good understanding of basic IT and an interest towards the banking sector
• Fluent English and Finnish skills
