As a MarTech Architect, you play a critical role in designing scalable, future-proof marketing technology solutions. You will work with strategy but also hands-on with platforms, integrations, and data flows to ensure clients’ technology stacks support their business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role emphasizes strong technical expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technological solutions.

Work tasks

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design technical solutions and scalable architectures across CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and supporting technologies.
• Map out client needs and translate them into technical requirements, system configurations, and integrations.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to clients’ existing MarTech ecosystems.

Implementation & Hands-On Development

• Participate in system specifications, deployments, customizations, and integrations.
• Configure platforms and design data flows, APIs, and automation logic.
• Collaborate closely with developers, martech & data teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Technical Consulting
• Provide technology-focused guidance to clients on best practices, system capabilities, and optimal configurations.
• Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for technical enhancement.
• Support solution proposals with technical insights when needed (no sales targets).

Collaboration & Support

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout client engagements.
• Work closely with colleagues in strategy, data, and creative teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Promote effective ways of working and knowledge sharing within the MarTech team

We are looking for

• ~7+ years of experience in marketing technology, solution architecture, or system implementation roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and CDP platforms, and marketing automation solutions (e.g, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Adobe, etc.).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Experience in integration design, data modelling, and workflow/automation logic.
• Consulting ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Ability to work under pressure while adapting to changing priorities.
• It is highly valued if you also have a broad understanding of marketing technology stacks, SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
