Salesforce Developer, Growberries, Helsinki

About the role

Growberries is a Finnish growth company and part of the Reaktor ecosystem. Growberries' mission is to help organizations achieve better business performance and growth through intelligent CRM solutions, automation, and data. Growberries typically works with enterprise-sized clients, often in complex environments, which consistently offers growth and development opportunities for Salesforce developers.

In this role, you will be developing Salesforce solutions and processes in client projects. Your first project, lasting 6 months, will focus on Salesforce Platform-based product development in a B2B high-tech environment. You will work as part of an experienced Growberries team, where development processes are driven forward agilely in cooperation with the end customer. The team works every day at the client's premises in Helsinki city center. The work is programming-focused , but will also offer opportunities to contribute to the client's business process development as the sprints progress.

Work tasks

• Delivering tailored Salesforce solutions in customer projects
• Development and implementation of Salesforce solutions (product is Salesforce Platform-based)
• Apex coding and implementation
• Build/enhance a user interface component in Salesforce using the LWC framework
• Designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming)

We are looking for

• Proven work experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform development
• Fluent English language skills (working language)
• Ability to work on-site in Helsinki on the client’s premises

It is meritorious if you have

• Salesforce Developer I and/or Developer II certifications
• Experience working in an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) or product development environment
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations and their implementation
• Experience working with large, complex Salesforce environments
• Finnish language skills (teamwork is in English, Finnish is an advantage in some customer contexts)
