About the role
As a Sustainability Manager, you will support the development and execution of sustainability strategies across the organization. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to advance key environmental and social goals. The role combines strategic planning, regulatory alignment, and hands-on project execution.
This position requires strong analytical skills, a structured approach to managing complex topics, and the confidence to represent the company in external engagements.

Work tasks
- Drive Sustainability Strategy: Contribute to developing and implementing environmental and social initiative
- Lead and Coordinate Projects: Manage cross-functional sustainability projects and support business units with expert guidance
- Engage Stakeholders: Work with internal teams, industry groups, and external reporting bodies to align on goals and accelerate progress
- Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Support ESG and regulatory reporting (e.g., CSRD, EUDR, TNFD), and contribute to company-wide due diligence
- Strengthen Capabilities: Create tools, training, and best practices to increase internal sustainability readiness
- Foster Innovation: Stay informed on emerging sustainability trends and technologies and help evaluate their potential business use
We are looking for
- Relevant educational background (e.g., environmental sciences, sustainability, business, or similar)
- 4–5+ years of experience in sustainability or related fields
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Solid analytical skills and technical understanding
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
