Service Manager, SMO (Service Management Office)
You will lead the Service Management Office, ensuring excellence in the service delivery practices.
- Lead the Service Management Office and its core practices
- Require strong experience in process design and implementation
- ServiceNow expertise is a must-have
ITSM Analytics & Reporting Manager
- Platform & Performance Analytics: Drive data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining advanced ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Process Mining: Utilize ServiceNow Process Mining capabilities to visualize end-to-end process flows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for operational optimization
We are looking for
- ServiceNow Expertise: Proven, relevant experience in the ServiceNow platform, commensurate with the specific requirements of the chosen role
- Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required for seamless collaboration in an international environment
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with different stakelholders
