Deployment Manager - Service Business, KONE Oyj, Espoo

As a Deployment Manager at KONE, you will get to join our global client’s Data Management Program team and take charge of deployment activities locally. You will collaborate closely with local teams and key users throughout Europe, as well as the Development Coordinator and Business Requirements Coordinator. Together you will align schedules, use cases, training materials and take care of the road from business need to delivering the features. You will report to the Program Manager.

We are looking for a person who will be able to both prepare trainings, coordinate deployments, and train key users and staff, as well as follow up and be persistent until new practices run as a daily routine, in each country. Your home office will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo with hybrid model of working, yet your colleagues will eagerly see you regularly on-site at the office.

Travelling will be required for this position.

• Coordinate deployments with countries
• Create training material and train features
• Facilitate reviews and follow up
• Participate in business reviews and get early involved in the planning for the releases

• Relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in deployments/rollouts and training facilitation
• Strong experience in organisation and project coordination
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness for business trips
• Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are an asset
