Senior Business Controller, Huhtamäki Oyj

As a Senior Business Controller, you will be part of Huhtamäki's Fiber Foodservice EAO Segment control team. In your role, you will be responsible for cost and profitability analysis and reporting to the CEO and other stakeholders, such as sales and category managers. Your analyses will focus on cost management and productivity, such as personnel costs and asset utilization, as well as more commercial analyses, such as sales and volume trends by product category.

You will also be responsible for monthly reporting to management, analyzing the figures presented above, and producing concise reports and presentations. You will play a key role in interpreting business data and communicating it clearly to different levels of the organization. You will also be responsible for responding to requests from management, for example to collect data and identify segment costs. The ability to react quickly to changing tasks and prioritize tasks is key to this role. The successful candidate will be an analytical and flexible team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business)
• Several years of work experience as a Business Controller in an international company
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Good skills with MS tools – especially with Excel

Previous experience in reporting and using OneStream, SalesBI/PowerBI is seen as an advantage. We are looking for you if you consider yourself to be a team player who also likes independent work.
